Jacob was great at helping me figure out what I wanted to do for an engagement ring. It took a few tries, but he was patient and accommodating much more than I would expect. A great level of service that really set me at ease with such a big decision as purchasing an engagement ring.

I would recommend anyone to go here. They're respectful of a budget and truly focused on helping and making sure that you're happy with your purchase. Felt much more like a local jewelry store in a small town than a location on the UES.

I just had my grandmother's high school ring re-sized and the whole experience was perfect. A very sentimental piece, of course, and, since I was going out of town the next day, I ventured to ask for same day service...and they did it! The ring came back perfectly sized and cleaner than it's ever been.

My grandmother's 1940's ring that I wear every day suddenly got caught on something and ripped the stone right out, leaving a big chip! I was naturally heartbroken and went to Alex's jewelry right away. I was nervous since this is a sentimental piece to me. They were so nice, professional and took their time talking about the different routes I could take in order to repair my ring. I ended up replacing the stone and I am so glad I did! The end result was so gorgeous, I still can't get over it. Amazing customer service and high quality work. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I called in to ask about same day service for a ring sizing and had my questions answered kindly and clearly. I came in a few days later to drop off my ring, was helped immediately and was able to pick up my perfectly sized engagement ring later that day. The man behind the counter (I believe his name was Jacob) also went out of his way to email the appraisal to my fiancé since he wasn't going to be able to come back with me to pick up the ring. Overall I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the service of the ring. I highly recommend this place!!
